No we do not. We will not compete with agents in our Real Estate Agent Network. 

Castle provides a wide range of vacation rental management services including: check-in/check-out, housekeeping, maintenance, revenue management, sales and marketing, and accounting.

 Honoring your relationship with your client is very important to us. Castle's promise to real estate agents is that with each referral, we will handle only the vacation rental management part of the equation, and will direct them back to you for real estate transactions (i.e. your client decides to sell or make additional purchases). 

Once you have successfully joined the Castle Real Estate Agent Network, you can start providing referrals to the Castle Business Development team. Contact information and the process on how to send this to the team will be provided as part of the sign-up process. Overall, the process is simple and straightforward:

• You send us a referral with your client's contact information
• We will contact the owner
• Owner joins one of our Rental Programs
• We send your payment within 72 hours after signature
• Payment form can be by check or ACH
• Repeat...

The referral incentive is not tied to the duration of your client's stay within the program. Once a referred unit is added to the rental program (your client signs the rental program contract), your referral incentive reward will be sent to you.
